Taxonomies for video pages

Taxonomies are used to enhance search functions across the websites and to allow for easy categorisation of content.

Under the Taxonomies tab for your video there are three sections, and a generic Tags field.

For the three sections, Companies, People and Topics you can choose to add a new taxonomy term or add an existing one.

• Companies can be used to easily show which companies are involved in the video.
• People should list the speakers that appear in the video.
• Topics should provide some indication of what is being discussed/featured in the video, i.e. Property, Equities etc.

To add a new taxonomy term select the Add new option under the relevant section. Enter the name of the term you wish to create and click add.

To add an existing taxonomy term select the Add existing option under the relevant section. Start to type the name of the existing term in the field that appears. This will autocomplete and you can select your term once it shows in the list and click Add.

To add additional new or existing terms you can repeat the above processes until you have added all the desired taxonomy terms.

The Tags section allows you to add additional tags that may not fit into the sections as outlined above.
