Listing Third Parties on Live Events

Introduction

Under GDPR rules we now need to inform users when their information may be shared with third parties, and state exactly which companies will be privy to their details. As this changes from event to event Live Events will prompt users to agree to this by naming the companies before allowing them into the event.

Instructions

Note

Please note, the below guide mainly references Asset TV platforms, but the process is identical for Insure TV events too.

To list the companies we have added a 'Third Parties' tab on Live Event nodes in Titan. Here you can enter the names of the companies that will then be provided to users when prompting them to agree to this practise:

Listing 3rd Parties

When completing this field you should put the full company names of any company that will be provided any viewer information. The text entered in this field replaces generic "Third Party" text that would otherwise appear on the pop-up.

Warning

Please note this is a legal requirement of GDPR and no Live Event should be set broadcast without these details being completed beforehand!
